For the Annual Assembly 2002
Wednesday, October 16 & Thursday, October 17

House Inn at 859-255-4281 and tell them that you are with the
Kentucky Council of Churches.

Room rates are:
$59.00 per night for 1 bed - 1 person
$69.00 per night for 1 bed - 2 persons or 2 beds - 2 persons
$79.00 per night for 2 beds - 3 persons
$89.00 per night for 2 beds - 4 persons
The Campbell House Inn has very generously offered to honor
these rates for those who wish to extend their stay through the
weekend.
Reservations must be made by
September 25th
Please inform the hotel that you are attending the Kentucky Council
of Churches Annual Assembly to receive these rates.
The Council will NOT be making individual reservations
this year. We have reserved blocks of rooms in a hotel that is
close to the Church. You are responsible for making your own room
reservations within these blocks if you need lodging.
Only if your judicatory has indicated to you
that it shall being doing so, will it pay the hotel directly for
your lodging costs or reimburse you for them. If you are unsure,
please contact your judicatory office for further details.
You will be responsible directly to the hotel for
all rooming charges.
